UMass Lowell 4, BU 3 (OT)

 

The No. 20 (for now) Boston University men's hockey team lost to the UMass Lowell River Hawks, 4-3, in overtime. 

The Terriers scored first with a Jonathan Morello goal and then took a 2-0 lead on a Jack Harvey power-play goal. UMass scored three times in the second period, but Harvey tied the game back up with his second score of the night, a shorthanded goal at 6:47 of the third period. But in the OT, the River Hawks doinked one in and got the W. 

BU heads to Lowell tonight for retribution. Puck drops at 6:00.
