Mariners 8, Red Sox 5

 

Seattle evens up the three-game home series with an 8-5 win over the Red Sox. Our bullpen (Bernardino and Winckowski) gave up four runs in two innings, putting a still potentially winnable 4-2 game out of reach. However, Triston Casas tried to catch the team back up with  three-run homer in the 8th, but it wasn't enough and it was too late. The Sox fall to 14-12 and 1½ back from New York, who won today.

Okay, you can't win 'em all. However, let's win this series with a victory tomorrow (1:35) - Garrett Crochet (2-1, 1.13) vs. Bryan Woo (2-1, 3.12). We got this!
