BU 4, Northeastern 3 (OT)

The No. 18 Terriers rebound from Friday night's loss and break a two-game skid with a Saturday-night OT win over Northeastern on home ice.

Jack Harvey and Cole Hutson gave BU a 2-0 lead in the first period, and after Northeastern scored late in that period, Jonathan Morello scored to give BU the two-goal lead back. But Northeastern's vowel-deprived Dylan Hryckowian scored twice in the third to tie the game. Fortunately, Hutson got his second goal of the night in the overtime frame, and the Terriers skated off with a much-needed win.

The Terriers (6-7-1) now have 11 points in Hockey East, coincidentally the same number of points as the women's team, and like the women, are in sixth place in the conference standings. Unlike the women, the men have a game Thanksgiving weekend, the Red Hot Hockey tournament down in Madison Square Garden against Cornell (6-2-0) on Saturday, November 29.
