Yeah! That's more like it! The BU Terrier women's team breaks out of their 3-game losing streak and beats Maine up in Orono, 2-1!
Maine scored first, but Clare Yuhn tied it up in the second and then Sydney Healey hit the game-winner in the third. Michelle Pasiechnyk made 27 saves in goal for a .964 average.
The Terriers are still 2-8-0 overall but improve to a somewhat more respectable 2-3-0 in Hockey East play. With six points, they are in sixth place in the conference.
Next week is the big rivalry series with Boston College (5-6-1). On Thursday, the game's in Chestnut Hill on the Eagles' home ice, and Friday the series moves down the hill to BU's Walter Brown Arena.
I hate the f*@$ing Eagles, man!
