Red Sox 5, Cardinals 4

Woo-hoo! Fourth straight win for the Red Sox, first extra inning win of the season, and Boston is undefeated at home.

In the bottom of the 10th, Wilyer Abreu knocked an RBI single to left center, scoring Alex Bregman for the win.  Prior to that, Devers homered to deep (413 feet) left center in the fifth to get the Sox on the board, and in the 9th, he got an RBI for drawing a walk with the bases loaded to tie the game.

Sean Newcomb got the start, pitching 4.2 innings with five K's and allowing only one run. However, reliever Aroldis Chapman (ERA - 0.00) got the win, his second of the season.

Game 2 of the double header to make up for yesterday's rain out has already begun. Boston currently has a 10-2 lead in the fourth inning.
