First, though, I want to thank the NBA and the NHL for synchronizing their mid-season all-star breaks so I could get a week's rest from these posts. Thanks, guys!

The Celtics returned from their break as if they were never gone, beating Philly by 20 points (they led by as many as 29 in the game). Tatum scored a triple double (15 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists) and Derrick White got a double double with 16 points nd 10 rebounds. Payton Pritchard led all teams by scoring 28 points off the bench, while going 8-for-15 on three-point shots. Also, all the Celtic starters were healthy and back in the lineup.

The Cs are 40-16 heading into the final months of the regular season. Next, they host the Knicks for a a Sunday afternoon (1:00 pm) game on ABC.
