BU Terriers (Women) Beat BC Eagles, 3-2

 

I hate the fucking Eagles, man!

The No. 14 BU Terriers beat the f'ing 11th-ranked Eagles tonight, 3-2. Lilli Weicke scored in the first period, Kaileigh Quigg scored in the second,  and Riley Walsh scored in the third. Goalie Mari Pietersen made 24 saves on 26 shots (.923).

The Terriers improve to 17-8-1 overall, 14-4-1 in Hockey East play. BU is in second place in the Hockey East standings, one point back from UConn.

As much as I'd love to see them beat the Eagles again tomorrow, the Terriers play Vermont tomorrow afternoon (4:00 pm).
