Celtics 146, Wizards 101

 

There was no question the Celtics were going to beat the lowly Wizards, but by 45 points? Without Mr. Brown? 

Mr. White stepped up tonight and dropped 30 on Washington. Rising star Jordan Walsh had 22 points, and Payton Pritchard tossed in another 20. For once, the Celtics outrebounded their opponent and completed more threes. 

Look, I'm not going to gloat. Not over these Wizards, bless their hearts. The real test is tomorrow night, when Luka Dončić and LeBron James grace the parquet with the Lakers (16-5) for a pivotal game for this Celtics team. 

At least we gave Brown a day's rest before putting him through the paces.
