Celtics 121, Raptors 113

The Celtics win their fifth game in a row, 121-113, over the Raptors and move past Toronto in the standings to second place in the Atlantic, 1½ back from the Knicks. Mr. Brown scored 30 points, including 3-4 shooting on threes, and Mr. White scored 27, including 6-15 three-point shooting. Mr. Queta got the double double on 11 points and 11 rebounds.

Like on Friday against the Lakers, the Celtics were nearly even with their opponent in rebounding, 41 to 42, but far exceeded them on outside shooting, hitting 20 threes to the Raptors 9. Don't need a lot of second attempts in you're hitting from downtown.

Which quarter did the Celtics underperform today?, you ask. The third, again, 20 points to the Raptors 32.

For some reason, the Celts will have a few nights off and don't play again until Thursday night in Milwaukee, when they'll face whoever the Bucks have on their team (are they trading Giannis or not?).
