You gotta admit - when the Red Sox win, they win by A LOT. We have to work on those close, one- or two-run games.
For all those runs, the only homer was a Trevor Story two-run blast to deep left in the eighth. All the other runs came off of RBI singles, doubles, and walks.
Giolito (5-1, 3.66) made seven strikeouts over 7.2 innings, giving up only one run and four hits. Tomorrow's game (4ish) will see Walker Buehler (5-6, 6.45) up against Mitchell Parker (5-8, 4.63).
